Key Responsibilities

Research and write in-depth articles on residential, commercial, and investment real estate.
Produce SEO-friendly content that ranks on Google and drives organic traffic.
Create blog posts, buying guides, market reports, investment tips, and newsletters.
Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, RERA updates, property laws, and market news.
Edit and optimize existing content for better performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and SEO team for content strategy.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Content Writer in real estate, property, or finance niche.
Strong knowledge of real estate market, home loans, RERA, and property investment.
Excellent English writing skills with ability to explain complex topics simply.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc.).
Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
