Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Create and manage content calendars, posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
Handle community management, audience engagement, and customer interactions.
Run paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools to improve results.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and the marketing team.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Proven expertise in managing Instagram, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills with creative flair.
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred).
