Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional sequences.
Develop email automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo.
Segment audiences and personalize content for better engagement and conversions.
Create compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that drive results.
Monitor campaign performance, A/B testing, and deliver detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.
Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Hands-on expertise with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, GetResponse, or similar platforms.
Strong copywriting skills with proven ability to boost open and click rates.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and landing page integration.
Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and email marketing metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
