Key Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners, affiliates, and collaborators.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Develop partnership strategies to expand reach, revenue, and brand visibility.
Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including contracts and performance tracking.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for joint campaigns and initiatives.
Analyze partnership performance and optimize for better ROI and results.
Stay updated with industry trends and potential new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience as a Partnerships Manager, Business Development Manager, or Alliance Manager.
Proven track record in building successful B2B or B2C partnerships.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in tracking partnership metrics.
Knowledge of digital marketing, affiliate programs, or SaaS partnerships is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
