We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join Web Sky Star. If you have a proven track record in building, managing, and scaling high-performing affiliate programs, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the company’s affiliate marketing program from strategy to execution.
Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates and partners.
Negotiate commission structures, deals, and partnership agreements.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with content, SEO, and paid marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
Ensure compliance with affiliate regulations and platform policies.
Prepare regular reports on revenue, ROI, and growth metrics.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Partner Management.
Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and tracking tools.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
