Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of content production, publishing, and platform management to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
Manage cross-functional teams including content writers, editors, SEO specialists, and technical staff.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize processes for better productivity.
Coordinate with department heads to align operations with business goals in tech and finance content.
Handle resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management for platform growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and content quality guidelines.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Proven 3+ years of experience as Operations Manager or similar role in digital content, media, or tech industry.
Strong knowledge of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and digital publishing workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proficiency in project management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Passion for finance, tech, and investment topics is a big plus.
