Performance Ads Specialist (Google / Facebook / Instagram)

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Ads Specialist (Google/Facebook Ads) to join Web Sky Star. If you excel at running high-ROI paid campaigns and scaling advertising across Google and Meta platforms, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Manage full-funnel paid advertising strategies to drive leads, conversions, and sales.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Monitor daily performance, budgets, bids, and ROI metrics.
Create compelling ad copies and work with designers for creatives.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad features.

Requirements

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
Strong command over Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad tracking.
Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
