Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle payroll, attendance, performance appraisals, and exit formalities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Organize training & development programs for employee growth.
Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, POSH, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with HRIS software and recruitment tools.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
MBA in HR or Master’s in Human Resources (preferred).
