Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for digital services and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and digital teams for lead generation.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of sales CRM tools (like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
