Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
Provide timely and accurate solutions for client issues and concerns.
Manage client onboarding, account-related support, and follow-ups.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team and ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Contribute to improving customer support processes and knowledge base.
Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or BPO.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web services will be an advantage.
Ability to work in shifts (if required) and handle high-pressure situations.
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
