Operations Manager Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to streamline our operations, enhance productivity, and support our mission of delivering high-quality content to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of content production, publishing, and platform management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Manage cross-functional teams including content writers, editors, SEO specialists, and technical staff.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize processes for better productivity.
• Coordinate with department heads to align operations with business goals in tech and finance content.
• Handle resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management for platform growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and content quality guidelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven 3+ years of experience as Operations Manager or similar role in digital content, media, or tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content management systems (CMS), and digital publishing workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in project management tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Passion for finance, tech, and investment topics is a big plus.
