Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard strategic partners, affiliates, and collaborators.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

  • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including contracts and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for joint campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Partnerships Manager, Business Development Manager, or Alliance Manager.
  • Proven track record in building successful B2B or B2C partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in tracking partnership metrics.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, affiliate programs, or SaaS partnerships is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
