Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos on finance, tech, and investment topics.
• Create short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and the website.
• Collaborate with writers and SEO team to ensure videos are optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
• Maintain consistent branding, tone, and quality across all video content.
• Stay updated with video trends, tools, and best practices in content creation.
• Optimize videos with titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tags for better visibility.
• Analyze video performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Manage video assets, archiving, and content calendar efficiently.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience as Video Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong skills in scripting, storytelling, shooting, lighting, and sound design.
• Creative mindset with a passion for finance, technology, and AI topics.
• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social media video algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous video work is mandatory.
