Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert real estate consultation on buying, selling, investing, and renting properties.
• Analyze market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities in the Indian real estate sector.
• Create high-quality content including articles, videos, guides, and webinars on real estate topics.
• Advise clients and audience on legal aspects, home loans, taxation, and property documentation.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce accurate and up-to-date real estate information.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, and industry experts.
• Monitor real estate regulations, RERA updates, and market shifts.
• Represent Web Sky Star as a real estate expert on social media and live sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Real Estate Consultant, Property Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian real estate market, RERA, home loans, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics simply.
• Experience in content creation or public speaking is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field (certifications like RERA Consultant are a plus).
• Up-to-date with current market trends in residential, commercial, and plotted properties.
• Professional network in the real estate industry is an advantage.
