B2b Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to join Web Sky Star. If you have a proven ability to lead sales teams, close deals, and achieve revenue targets, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for digital services and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and digital teams for lead generation.
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, web development, or IT services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales CRM tools (like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
