Regulatory Compliance Officer

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Legal and Compliance Officer to join Web Sky Star. If you have strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and risk management, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company-wide compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Monitor changes in corporate laws, RERA, GST, and other regulatory requirements.
• Handle regulatory filings, licenses, and statutory compliances.
• Provide legal advice and support to management on business decisions.
• Manage risk assessment, dispute resolution, and litigation matters.
• Conduct internal audits and compliance training for employees.

Requirements

• LLB / LLM with valid Bar Council enrollment.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Legal Officer, Compliance Officer, or In-House Counsel.
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Contract Law, Labour Laws, and Intellectual Property.
• Experience in real estate, digital media, or service industry will be preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
