Meta Ads Expert

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical Performance Ads Specialist (Google/Facebook Ads) to join Web Sky Star. If you excel at running high-ROI paid campaigns and scaling advertising across Google and Meta platforms, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Manage full-funnel paid advertising strategies to drive leads, conversions, and sales.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, bids, and ROI metrics.
• Create compelling ad copies and work with designers for creatives.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad features.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong command over Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad tracking.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering positive ROI.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
