We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join Web Sky Star. If you are passionate about talent management, employee engagement, and building a positive work culture, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Manage employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Handle payroll, attendance, performance appraisals, and exit formalities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Organize training & development programs for employee growth.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, POSH, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS software and recruitment tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• MBA in HR or Master’s in Human Resources (preferred).
