We are looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join Web Sky Star. If you excel at crafting high-converting email campaigns, building automation workflows, and nurturing leads, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional sequences.
• Develop email automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Brevo.
• Segment audiences and personalize content for better engagement and conversions.
• Create compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs that drive results.
• Monitor campaign performance, A/B testing, and deliver detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email regulations.
• Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on expertise with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, GetResponse, or similar platforms.
• Strong copywriting skills with proven ability to boost open and click rates.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates and landing page integration.
• Experience with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and email marketing metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
