Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to join Web Sky Star. If you love helping customers and delivering exceptional service, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions for client issues and concerns.
  • Manage client onboarding, account-related support, and follow-ups.
  • Escalate complex issues to the concerned team and ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Contribute to improving customer support processes and knowledge base.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction and retention targets.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  • Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and web services will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in shifts (if required) and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Graduate in any stream (preferred).
