Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join Web Sky Star. If you have a proven track record in building, managing, and scaling high-performing affiliate programs, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s affiliate marketing program from strategy to execution.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates and partners.
• Negotiate commission structures, deals, and partnership agreements.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and paid marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with affiliate regulations and platform policies.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue, ROI, and growth metrics.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Partner Management.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Impact, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and tracking tools.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
