Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
• Oversee content marketing, including blog, video, and social media content calendars.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers and content writers.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Proven expertise in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Excellent knowledge of content marketing and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
