MySQL Database Internship

We are seeking a MySQL Database Intern to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in database design, optimization, and management using MySQL. Responsibilities include writing and optimizing queries, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in database security. Ideal candidates should have a foundational understanding of SQL, database administration, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of MySQL databases.
• Writing, optimizing, and debugging SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
• Collaborating with developers to integrate databases with applications.
• Ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security across database systems.
• Performing database backups, restoration, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Monitoring database performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Implementing best practices for database normalization and indexing.
• Researching and staying updated on MySQL trends and advancements.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master?? degree program (Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, and MySQL architecture.
• Familiarity with MySQL Workbench, phpMyAdmin, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of database normalization, indexing, and stored procedures.
• Understanding of database security, backup strategies, and optimization techniques.
• A portfolio or sample projects demonstrating MySQL database skills (preferred but not mandatory).
