Database Internship

We are seeking a Database Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in database management, optimization, and development. Responsibilities include designing, maintaining, and optimizing databases, ensuring data integrity, and assisting in database security. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of SQL, NoSQL, and database administration, along with analytical skills and a passion for data management. Responsibilities

• Assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries to improve database performance.
• Collaborating with developers to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, and consistency across systems.
• Assisting in database backups, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Researching and implementing best practices for database management.
• Learning and staying updated on database technologies, tools, and trends.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master?? degree program (Computer Science, IT, or related field).
• Basic understanding of database concepts, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other database management systems.
• Knowledge of database indexing, normalization, and optimization techniques.
• A portfolio or sample projects demonstrating database management skills (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to identify and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
• Willingness to learn new database technologies and tools.
