We are looking for AI Developers who are passionate about building intelligent systems and driving innovation through data and machine learning. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and a strong background in software development, data processing, and algorithm design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world applications.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large and complex datasets.
  • Research, test, and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of deployed models.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of models, data workflows, and system architecture.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in AI development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Java, or R.
  • Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
  • Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, statistics, and linear algebra.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to present complex AI solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
